Bryan, with his keen instincts for bass fishing, and Michelle, in love with the art of fly fishing, found a shared passion for the sport and a vision for creating a community that bridges the diverse realms of fishing. Thus, Totally Hooked Fishing was born.

Meet the Founders

Nestled in the picturesque lakes of Minnesota, Bryan discovered his fervor for bass fishing. His journey began as a young boy on the sunny shores of Florida, where his grandfather ignited a spark in him. Those early days of casting from the shoreline with childlike curiosity evolved into a profound expertise.

As the years passed, Bryan transitioned from the shores to mastering the art of trolling on vast lakes of Minnesota. “Bassin with Bryan” became his slogan because you’ll often find him sharing his boat with a friend. Bryan’s passion now lies not just in fishing, but in teaching and sharing the joy of the sport with fellow enthusiasts.

For Michelle, fly fishing is more than just a hobby; it’s a blend of the thrill of angling and the calm of being outdoors. She started fly fishing as a personal journey, and along the way, found joy in the straightforward act of casting a dry fly and the anticipation of a rainbow trout’s slurp. It’s this mix of challenge and serenity, of technique and nature, that will always keep her coming back to the river.

Michelle loves to share time on the river with friends who have a passion for the outdoors or who need a little time of healing and reflection. Whether introducing a friend to the joys of fly fishing or offering a serene space for someone to find solace, Michelle believes that time spent by the river has a way of rejuvenating the spirit, and creating memories that last a lifetime.
